If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.<\/li>\n<li>Downloadable software products are exempt from being returned.<\/li>\n<li>To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.<\/li>\n<li>Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be subject to a re-stocking fee of at least 20%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Refunds<\/h4>\n<p>Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.<br \/>\nIf you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.\u00a0 The initial 4% payment processing fee will not be included in the refund. Also, any payments for shipments that we have already shipped will not be included in the refund.<\/p>\n<h4>Late or missing refunds<\/h4>\n<p>If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.<br \/>\nThen contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.<br \/>\nNext contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.<br \/>\nIf you\u2019ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@jtechphotonics.com.<\/p>\n<h4>Exchanges<\/h4>\n<p>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@jtechphotonics.com and send your item to:<\/p>\n<p>1005 Winfield Lane, Suite 304, Kemah, TX 77565. \u00a0If looking to upgrade to a different item, then contact us to discuss your options.<\/p>\n<h4>Shipping<\/h4>\n<p>To return your product, you should mail your product to:<\/p>\n<p>J Tech Photonics Inc.<br \/>\nATTN: RETURNS<br \/>\n1005 Winfield Lane<br \/>\nSuite 304<br \/>\nKemah, TX 77565<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.<\/p>\n<p>If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
