This is the replacement lens cover for the 14W+, 24W, 44W, & 64W lasers.<\/p>\n

Do not take the lens off the laser, just the cover.\u00a0 Make sure not to scratch it and clean it after you are done changing it out.<\/p>\n

Instructions:<\/h2>\n

14W+: If the air assist is installed, remove it by loosening the set screws. Unscrew the lens cover from the laser module. Replace with new one<\/p>\n

24W: \u00a0 Instruction document for cleaning or replacing 24W lens cover<\/a><\/p>\n

34W: Remove the screw holding the air assist onto the bottom of the heatsink.\u00a0 Rotate off the lens cover.\u00a0 Do not rotate the entire lens assembly, just the outside lens cover.\u00a0 Replace the cover and put back on the air assist nozzle with the screw.<\/p>\n

44W:\u00a0 Remove the screw holding the air assist onto the back of the laser shroud.\u00a0 Slowly pull the air assist off the lens cover.\u00a0 Do not pull too hard or you will remove the air hose on the air nozzle.\u00a0 Move the nozzle to the side to get access to the lens cover.\u00a0 Once changed, put back the nozzle and replace the screw in the back.<\/p>\n

64W: Remove the screw holding the air assist onto the bottom of the heatsink.\u00a0 Rotate off the lens cover.\u00a0 Do not rotate the entire lens assembly, just the outside lens cover.\u00a0 Replace the cover and put back on the air assist nozzle with the screw.<\/p>\n
