-International Express Mail can take up to 3 weeks.
-International Priority Mail can take up to 4 weeks.
-Domestic Priority Mail can take up to 2 weeks.
-Domestic First Class Mail can take up to 3 weeks.
We do not control the postal service. We recommend choosing UPS if you need a more “guaranteed” delivery date. Ups is experiencing some delays as well, but not as bad as the postal service.
When will my item ship?
All in stock items will ship within 24 -48 hours. We strive to be like Amazon.com and ship immediately after you order, but sometimes in might take a day or two to configure and test your order before it ships. We do not work on the weekends. All orders placed on the weekend will ship asap starting on Monday from the first received. If you place your order Sunday night, it might take a couple of days to get it to you.
What are my options and transit times for shipping?
USA Shipping Options:
Free Shipping: Shipping is free with orders over $200 and will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground service depending on the size and shipping destination.
US Postal Service:
You can choose shipping to be sent via United States Postal Service. Choose your preferred method at checkout. With Priority Mail most transit times will be 2 – 3 business days depending on location. With Expedited service, most transit times will be 1-3 business days depending on location.
You can choose shipping to be sent via UPS courier service. Choose your preferred method at checkout. UPS does not deliver on Saturday. UPS has the following transit times from ZIP CODE 77573:
- UPS Next Day Air Early AM: 1 Day by 10:00am
- UPS Next Day Air: 1 Day by 12:00pm
- UPS Next Day Air Saver: 1 Day by end of day
- UPS 2nd Day Air: 2 Days by end of day
- UPS Ground: between 1 and 5 days depending on location. Check on UPS.com for exact dates.

International shipping will have choices to be sent via DHL courier service, United States Postal Service, or UPS courier service.
**The customer is responsible for all Taxes and Import Charges to the destination country. Prices do not include Taxes or Customs Charges. Please look at your country Tax policy on imported goods. Normally it is upwards of more than 20% of the total value of goods.

You can choose shipping to be sent via DHL courier service. Choose your preferred method at checkout. This method is recommended for countries with extended customs clearance issues, like Italy, Germany, Greece, India, Spain and Romania. UPS has the following transit times from ZIP CODE 77565:
- DHL Express Worldwide: 1 to 3 business days depending on the country and location.
US Postal Service:
International Priority Mail or Priority Express Mail service. Transit time will depend on the receiving country and customs. Additional time may be required for customs clearance. Shipping for international will be calculated depending on the weight of the package. Estimated service transit times are:
- Priority Mail International: Up to 10 business days for the package to arrive.
- Priority Mail Express International: Up to 5 business days for the package to arrive.

Can I ship to a different address than the billing address?
You can ship to a different address than the billing if the order is under $750 USD. Orders over $1000 with different shipping addresses usually turn out to be fraudulent.
I would like to use my own Fed Ex account. Can I provide it to you so I can get overnight shipping?
Yes, of course. We would be happy to ship your order with your own Fed Ex account. Just either email or call and we will fulfill your order without the shipping charge and make arrangements to expedite the shipping.
I live in Australia. Do you ship here?
Yes. We have successfully shipped to Australia, Asia, Europe, Russia, and South and Central America. Australia will take the full 10 business days (two weeks) as well as potentially an additional day or two for customs.
I would like to have it shipped overnight and I live in the U.S. – Can I get this done?
Yes. Choose a method from UPS offerings on the website at checkout. If you have specific issues, contact us when placing your order and we will talk to you about getting it to you via overnight shipping.
Can I use Fed Ex and not the USPS for free shipping?
Sure, but you will need to pay for the difference. We use USPS priority mail because it is the cheapest traceable way to send a package. Most other carriers charge much more for their services. Just choose it at checkout.
I live in a country that has to pay duty on items over $200 US. Can you write in the it is a gift instead of merchandise for customs or lie about the value of the package?
We have a policy of putting what is actually in the package and the appropriate amount of values on ALL customs forms. Misinformation on the customs forms can lead to fines/penalties for the receiver of the package and possible confiscation of the merchandise. It is illegal to lie on customs forms.
I live in a very remote part of the world, can you ship to me?
Probably the answer is yes, we have shipped to some amazingly remote locations before. When you fill out the form to check out, put in the shipping address and click “calculate shipping”. If a quote for a price appears, then we do. Our system has not been stumped yet.
My package has not arrived and it has been awhile, can you help?
Yes, give us an email and we will work to investigate any and all shipping issues. We can find out where the package is and give an estimate on how much longer it will be. In some cases we will ship another package to you. In many cases it may be at the local post office or customs authority waiting for payment of fees and duty.
