Three Lasers in One!
This new laser has the ability to switch between 64W, 44W, and the super fine detail of the 24W mode. If your project just needs less power for engraving, switch to the lower power modes to make the perfect engraving. Engrave photos with ease on the smaller spot size of the 24W mode.
Integrated Red Cross Hair Alignment Laser
The 64W laser comes with an integrated red crosshair laser for alignment of your work to the laser beam. Simply turn the red laser on when zeroing your project, place your material and move to your zero, and then jog the machine the offset to align the engraving laser to your zero. The easy-to-use switch on the top makes it super easy to find your zero location.
Similar Power as a CO2 laser
With 12 combined diodes, this laser produces similar power levels as entry level standalone CO2 laser machines, which retail for thousands of dollars. For a fraction of the price, you can have similar cutting ability on your large format CNC. It saves money and space in your shop.
Cut more and Cut Faster
The incredible power of the 12 lasers combined gives excellent cutting ability for a variety of materials. Cut through ¼” plywood with ease.
Integrated Air Assist
The Air Assist improves cutting and engraving and is integrated into the laser with easy press connect fittings which makes it easier to route your air hose to your cable chain on your CNC. Integrated Electronics and Safety Interface board
The main control board to manage 12 separate laser diodes is integrated into the laser housing. What does this give you? It maximizes the current to the diodes for full performance without any line losses. The integrated board does the heavy work while the safety interface board does all of the industrial input optical isolation, power conditioning, and safety.
More Power and More Safety
At J Tech Photonics, we have always put safety first. This laser is no different. The laser safety board includes our locking key switch, power on reset protection, remote interlock ability, and emission indication. The laser head has a patent pending Tilt Sensor Technology™ integrated into the electronics to only allow the laser to fire when positioned facing downwards towards the work surface. If it accidentally gets knocked off the mount or is not on the mount, the laser shuts off and will not fire.
Full Metal Mounts with Latching = Stability
All of the CNC bundles with the 44W laser include metal magnetic mounts for more stability. This laser is a beast, and more power means a heavier laser. The locking screws lock into the mount and the magnets hold it in place for a tight fit. If you want to have your laser attached to the mount even more, you can tighten the screws to make it so you can’t remove it.
