Replacement Laser Head Wire Harness

Description

If you broke your connector on the 7W Plus 14W Dual PRO laser head or 24W Quad PRO, then this is the replacement.

For 24W and 44W:

Take the strain relief off the side of the laser head and the top.  Put the take the old wire harness off the laser and put in the new one into the driver board inside the laser head.  Put the top back on and put the strain relief back on.

For the 7W+ and 14W Si:

With the laser pointed up (upside down) remove the two screws for the strain relief and replace cable. Keep laser pointed up to keep the nuts for the strain relief in place. Re-attach the strain relief.

For the old 14W:

Look and see if you have the version of the laser that has the laser connected behind the laser shielding.  If you have this version (July 2022 -2023), then you can simply take the old wire harness off and replace with the new one.
