Legacy Laser to 4-Pin Extension Cable Adapter

Upgrade your older J Tech Photonics laser to work with our current 4-pin Molex extension cable system without replacing your laser head.

This adapter kit is designed for older J Tech Photonics lasers that use separate Laser and Fan connections. The adapter boards combine these individual connections into the newer 4-pin connector system, allowing the laser to be used with our current 4-pin extension cables.

Easy Conversion

Installation is straightforward. The existing Laser and Fan wires from the laser head are stripped and inserted into the clearly labeled Phoenix-style screw terminal connectors on the adapter board. The new 4-pin extension cable then plugs directly into the board.

At the other end of the extension cable, the included adapter board converts the 4-pin connection back to separate Laser and Fan connections for connection to your existing J Tech Photonics control/interface system.

Perfect for Upgrading Older J Tech Lasers

This kit provides a simple way to update an older J Tech Photonics installation to our current cable standard while continuing to use your existing laser head and control hardware.

No soldering is required. Simply strip the existing wires, secure them in the labeled screw terminals, connect the 4-pin extension cable, and you’re ready to go.
