This is the replacement housing for the Axiom ALK42 and ALK28 laser kits. It is just the laser shroud housing and shielding piece.
Get this if you have broken the housing by running it into a clamp on your table.
If you have hit your shroud on a clamp on the table and broken it, then this is the replacement. You will need to take off the fan, interlock switch, and the laser and move them over to the new shroud housing.
