Do you have a rotary for another machine and now have a Elite Masso machine?  You can get this upgrade package to transform your normal NEMA 23 rotary into a closed loop stepper rotary that will work with the Masso Controller and the Onefinity Elite machine.

Upgrade your standard rotary into a Masso Elite Rotary

This upgrade package is for customers who have a standard rotary for the buildbotics or other controller and now have a Masso controller.   The Masso needs a closed loop stepper motor to be able to control the rotary.  This upgrade package includes both the necessary motor and the cables associated with it to get it all working.

Included in the package:

-Closed Loop Stepper Motor with plastic housing
-Masso Rotary Cable

Instructions:

  1.  Remove the M5 screws and nuts holding in the NEMA 23 Motor.

2. Replace NEMA 23 motor with the new Closed Loop Stepper Motor included in the package.  Use the same screws you just took out to hold it in place.

3.  Adjust the tension on the belt so it is tight and lock down the screws with the nuts to keep it in place.

Once the motor has been changed out, follow the video instructions here to install the cable and set up the rotary.
