2 Suck Puck Starter Kit

Suck Pucks are engineered for secure, flexible material positioning during cutting, milling, and laser operations. With gaskets on both sides, this puck creates a strong vacuum seal, anchoring both the puck and the material without the need for clamps or adhesives.  Compatible with various vacuum pump systems and air compressors, it can be used individually or in series for larger work areas.

Two Suck Puck starter kit includes:

• 2 Suck Pucks (either 2 standard, 2 mini size, or 1 of each)
• 1x 2′ air hose to connect the two pucks
• 1x 25′ air hose to connect to an air compressor output
• 1 air filter (to protect your compressor)
• 3 Quick connect fittings for the pucks
• 8 Indexing pins
• 5 Plugs

(requires either vacuum pump or air compressor with 1/4″ NPT input, not included)

 

Standard Versus Mini Size

Standard Vacuum Hold-Down Puck (100mm x 100mm)
Our 100mm x 100mm Standard Vacuum Hold-Down Puck is engineered for secure, flexible material positioning during cutting, milling, and laser operations. With gaskets on both sides, this puck creates a strong vacuum seal, anchoring both the puck and the material without the need for clamps or adhesives. The 100mm puck size is perfect for medium to large materials, providing a stable hold while maintaining an obstruction-free workspace. Compatible with various vacuum pump systems, it can be used individually or in series for larger work areas.

Mini Vacuum Hold-Down Puck (50mm x 50mm)
The compact 50mm x 50mm Mini Vacuum Hold-Down Puck is ideal for smaller projects or for securing materials in tight spaces. Despite its smaller footprint, this mini puck delivers the same powerful vacuum seal as its larger counterpart, ensuring secure, residue-free holding without clamps. Easily configurable and compatible with standard vacuum systems, it’s perfect for detailed work, adding versatility and precision to your material processing setup.
