🔄 Modular Extension System

Your SmokeShield includes 5 adjustable extension pieces that allow you to configure the system around your material — whether you’re cutting small items or larger panels. The modular design gives you flexibility to build square, rectangular, or custom-shaped capture zones that fit your project needs.

Need more coverage?
You can expand your SmokeShield by ordering additional extension pieces to accommodate larger materials or create full-bed setups for oversized projects.

🛠 Recommended Accessories

To get the best performance from your SmokeShield system, we recommend pairing it with a quality carbon filter and inline duct fan kit to safely capture and vent smoke and fumes.

One excellent option is the VIVOSUN 4″ Inline Fan Kit, available on Amazon here. This kit includes:

• A 4″ duct fan to pull air from the underside of your material
• A carbon filter to neutralize odors and fine particulates
• Flexible aluminum ducting and clamps for easy setup

This setup offers a great balance of airflow, filtration, and affordability for home shops and light commercial use.
